Lawyers seeking to apply must be members (in good standing) of The Law Society of Upper Canada;
Other professionals must be members (in good standing) of a professional regulatory body as established by the board;
Individuals must have completed 5 days of approved Collaborative Training (2 days of Level 1 and 3 days of Level 2);
Must subscribe to the principles of collaborative practice; and
Must have paid their required fees in full
Must complete not fewer than six accredited hours of continuing education and training per year on a self-reporting basis. Click here for a list of activities that qualify for annual CPT credits.
